Emergency Assistance (formerly located on Broad St. in Chamblee & part of The Suthers Center for Christian Outreach) is now operating at our new location, St. Martin in the Fields Episcopal Church, 3110 Ashford-Dunwoody Rd. in Brookhaven.

 

The long-standing Emergency Assistance Fund provides financial help to local families in need. Our services primarily focus on providing assistance with utility bill payments up to $50 (one time every six months). We also provide references to agencies near them.

Suthers, through its Hall Assistance Transition Service (HATS), refers homeless individuals and families to various shelters and may provide limited initial support such as food or covering the cost of transportation to a shelter. HATS is available through the Emergency Assistance service on Saturday mornings.
